At this session you will receive an assessment, a diagnosis and a treatment plan will be outlined. You will be advised regarding your condition and how therapy can help. Your therapist will discuss the number and frequency of appointments that you require. The remainder of your session will be used for treatment. If you require further treatment you will usually be given things to work on before the next session.

This appointment approximately takes 60 minutes which allows time for the evaluation and hands on treatment for one injury or one area of problem. This means if you have multiple different injuries, your therapist may not have enough time to investigate all your problems at this session. This is to comply with the standards of elite professional care that we always strive to provide for our clients.
