Our aims are:

To prevent and rehabilitate athletic/sports injuries

Preventing through training antagonist and synergists muscle groups 

Education on proper warm up and cool down.

Not exercising through pain and discomfort.

Musculoskeletal injuries include:

Muscle/tendon strains or ligament strains or ligament sprains

Articulation/joint injuries (ankle, knee, hip, shoulder…)

Fractures, dislocations.

To identify and fix poor mechanics/movement patterns and habits

Sedentary lifestyle, 

Sustained static postural stress, 

Repetitive strain injury, 

Poor body mechanics can lead to muscular imbalances which can result in pain and injuries

To create specific tailored programme to your physical/athletic needs

Through exercise plan which could include cardiovascular, strength, power, balance and flexibility to help your perform better and decrease chances of injury.

We are also able to provide physical and manual therapy for pre and post-surgical operations 

To help you become faster and stronger for longer.
